Batoruco's versatile Symbol Script, now updated for Apophysis 7X.
Use it to generate crop circles, tribal symbols, spider webs, underwater worlds, and more.

How to Install: Download the .ASC file and move it to the Program Files > Apophysis 7X > Scripts directory.

Versioning & History

3.3 - Smoother fractal rendering, removing noise and increasing reflections.

3.2 - Compatibility patch for updated version of Apophysis7X to change all Linear3D variables to basic Linear.

3.0 - Original port to the 7X version of Apophysis.

2.0 - Original port to the 3D version of Apophysis, with updates made by AftermathArts.

1.0 - The original script created by batoruco.

Additional Notes on the Script:

For those who want to tinker around, the width of the rings is in the Linear for XForm 2 while the general shape of the flame is controlled in the scaling, rotation and placement of XForm 3.

This script is completely free to use, on or off deviantART and with or without credit. If you update it, all I ask is that you keep the dedication to Batoruco. He is one of the masters that continue to teach me more about Apophysis to this very day. The fact that his original script, as well as Aftermath's, have been deleted is somewhat painful and I hope to help place this bit of his teachings back into circulation.
